Karl:
Great job on this piece–especially relevant in a time where we’ve found that traditional business models are less win-win than promised (as Yobie pointed out with the poverty rates).
I speak from a unique vantage point since I worked with GoodStorm earlier in the year(on a consulting basis) and have found them to be the ‘real deal’, dedicated to empowering–not dedicated to saying they empower. While listeners were able to meet Yobie, he’s bolstered by a passionate team equally dedicated to “Capitalism Done Right”.
Like I told GoodStorm back in February, while they help many non-profits achieve their goals through dramatically higher profit margins, what their greatest contribution will be is the legacy of their fair-balanced business model.
Looking forward to next week’s segment.
